Phelt was founded by Kevin Coster, a designer and creative director with over 18 years of experience in branding and marketing. Kevin spent eight years as Creative Director at an experiential marketing agency in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood before launching Coster Creative in 2016. After a decade building brands for independent businesses, he created Phelt to work differently. More collaboration. More transparency. A more open creative process.

Originally from Virginia Beach and a graduate of Florida International University, Kevin lived and worked in Miami for 23 years before relocating to Raleigh in 2023 with his wife and two boys. When he's not working, you'll find him running, exploring Raleigh, spending time with family, and capturing moments through photography.
