Overview

Eastwind Hotels started with 18 rooms in a ski town that needed serious help. Alongside the owner/operators, we named the brand, built the visual identity, and watched it grow from one aged property to a three-location portfolio that includes Oliverea Valley and Lake Placid. We created a brand that makes "almost camping" feel like mountain luxury.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A vintage motor lodge in Windham was lacking charm and guests. The owners had vision but needed a brand that could scale beyond one property while keeping that authentic, lived-in mountain feel. No generic boutique hotel nonsense.

THE SOLUTION

Named it Eastwind. Built a brand identity that balances rustic and refined—think Scandinavian cabins meets Catskills grit. The visual system works whether you're in a 22-room property or a riverside cabin. Seven years later, they've opened two more locations using the same DNA we established in 2017.
